We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Director to lead our dynamic Information Systems team in Walbridge, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you鈥檒l oversee enterprise applications, software development, data governance, and cross-functional project delivery鈥攁ll while fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As a strategic partner to the VP of Information Systems, you will guide high-performing teams, manage critical vendor relationships, and drive digital transformation initiatives that align with our business goals. -Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across applications, development, project management, and data management.

-Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
-Conduct performance evaluations, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
鈥� Enterprise Applications & Development
-Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including selection, implementation, integration, upgrades, and support.
-Direct software development efforts using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring alignment with business needs.
-Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and documentation protocols.
-Manage vendor relationships and third-party application providers.
鈥� Project & Program Management
-Lead cross-functional IS projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
-Apply Agile project management principles to enhance responsiveness and adaptability.
-Define and track KPIs to measure project success, team performance, and service delivery.
-Oversee resource planning, work schedules, and capacity management.
鈥� Data Management & Governance
-Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data architecture, reporting needs, and analytics capabilities.
-Support the deployment and optimization of data platforms, warehouses, and BI tools.
鈥� Operational & Strategic Support
-Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and operational improvements.
-Assist in the development and administration of the IS department鈥檚 annual budget, including staffing, tools, and infrastructure.
-Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

鈥� Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are desirable.
